Yoga has been a part of my life for over 5 years now, embarking on this journey simply as a way to combat strains from daily life. With a background in dance, I expected yoga to be a simple and easy time. I was happily surprised this was not the case and dived into the practice entirely. Yoga has offered me more than expected, finding peace, fearlessness, and strength, both on and off the mat. 

In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, sprinkling in anatomical benefits, with philosophical ideas; inspiring everyone to step off the mat into a life of peace and contentment.
